Assistant Manager Quality - Manager Quality
Job Description:
  • Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer
    and customer warranty)
  • Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and
    efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards
  • Carry out product and process auditing
  • Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained
  • Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring,
    rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures
  • Stop production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes
  • Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system
    (IATF16949/ISO9001)
  • Assist with training of quality awarenessReport on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence
    of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system
  • Assist with first off sample approvalsManage and coordinate customer PPM (Parts per Million), supplier PPM, supplier problem solving
    on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators
  • Lead quality audits
Skills & Attributes:
  • Work independently and is reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of quality systems and measurement
  • Strong knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge

  • Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes

Senior Development Engineer
Job Description:
  • Coordinate all Project Quality related customer visits to the wiring harness plant.
  • Preparation of Bill of material
  • Sharing RFQs to the suppliers
  • Sample preparation.
  • Process capability studies
  • Monitor and report testing fixtures, applicator requirements
  • PPAP documents preparation
  • Quick response on customer specific requirements
  • Work instructions/Process sheets preparation.

Job Description:
  • Experience in Raw material purchase with Bill of material requirement planning, follow up with supplier, monitor stock level and place order as needed, Inventory management, Prior knowledge of purchase request to outgoing payment cycle or P2P in purchase department.
  • Purchase estimation with proper supplier management
  • Experience in purchasing material as per Material requirement planning
  • Experience in developing vendor management
  • Experience in cost optimalization purchasing
  • Strengths include in BOP costing for Rubber parts, press parts, plastic parts, transportation cost finalization, packaging cost etc., Negotiation on overhead norms, follow-up with vendor for finalize price and payment terms, sound knowledge of all manufacturing processes.
